We deliberately chose a name that was both memorable and delightfully unique. "Takmork" had no previous associations, which gave us the freedom to shape its identity according to our vision.

This allowed us to create a brand that was truly our own.

We partner with different courier services to ship your order depending on your exact location.

This is to achieve the optimal speed and make sure you receive your packages quickly and safely.

We offer shipping services worldwide. However, please understand that we are unable to provide shipping services to the following locations: Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.

We ship directly from our factory in China.

We offer free standard shipping for all products, as long as your order meets the $49 condition. If you require faster shipping, we also provide an option to upgrade your shipping service, but this will incur additional costs.

The specific shipping costs will be determined based on the chosen shipping method, package weight, and delivery address.

Please note that these times are approximate, and actual shipping times may vary due to various factors.

This is possible, as each country has different rules for handling imported goods.

Therefore, we recommend that you visit this “Duty Calculator” to estimate the fees you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not prepay or cover any import fees.

You will receive an email with the tracking information once your package left the warehouse.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Takmork. Items in new (unused) condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a mistake was made or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and 'll make things right.

As a small business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels.

If you wish return an item, please send an email info@takmork.com.

We will get back you with the return address in 24-48 hours.You can return an item long it is unused. if the packaging is unopened! As soon receive the item, will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

For refunds, you can expect your money back 1-2 days after receive the item. pay your refund through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take 5 workdays reflect in your bank.

Please inform us within 30 days delivery for all returns and exchanges. This is minimize cases lost packages.
