At TAKMORK, we are committed to providing museum-grade protection for your vinyl collection. If your order isn't perfect, our return process is designed to be as seamless and transparent as your listening experience.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pride ourselves on rigorous quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
To expedite the resolution, simply provide clear photos of the damaged product or packaging as proof. We will promptly arrange either a full replacement or a refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
2. Standard Returns
For returns due to reasons other than product defects (such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection), we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a standard return.
Archival Integrity: To guarantee the archival integrity of our products for all collectors, returned items must be in brand new, completely unused condition with all original packaging intact.
Please note that for standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specific nature of vinyl preservation materials, certain items cannot be returned to ensure strict hygiene and anti-static standards are maintained across our inventory.
Custom-designed display items, products that have been opened from their sealed packaging, used accessories, and items purchased during final clearance sales are generally strictly non-returnable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to our dedicated support team at info@takmork.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed packaging instructions. As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement without delay.
5. Important Notes Before You Ship
- Keep Your Receipt: Please retain your original order confirmation and the return shipping tracking number for your records until the refund is fully processed.
- Processing Time: Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
